Webb31 okt. 2016 · I've heard theories that the mount has a 20% to drop per eligible player (not yet having killed nightbane). So if you have 5 people that can each bring 5 characters, you could theoratically create 5 karazhan groups and get everyone the mount (assuming they're geared enough of course). You just have to run the mythic version of the instance (not the heroic versions which are split) and complete the challenge that summons Nightbane. Then you just have to kill him.
